Situated in a peaceful meadowland setting, extending 10 acres upstream, this delightful watermill holiday home stands beside the mill pond. Sleeping up to 19 people in 10 bedrooms, it is ideal for large groups & family get togethers.
Location - Ashbourne, with its good shopping, cafés and restaurants is 6 miles and Derby's theatres, cinema and Crown Derby factory and shop are just 8 miles away as are both Dovedale and the Peak District National Park. Alton Towers, Carsington Lake's water sports and several National Trust properties lie within a short drive. Golf locally, fishing 500 yards, cycle hire 5 miles. Village shop and pub ¾ mile.
