Clippesby is an independent, multi-award winning family holiday park surrounded by mature trees within the picturesque Norfolk Broads National Park . There is a wide variety of accommodation on offer at this unique and beautiful location.

The Coach House stands right at the centre of the Clippesby Hall's family holiday park. Very well refurbished and equipped to a very high standard, with pine and leather furniture. The good sized kitchen leads through to a large utility room with a washing machine / dryer and the oil-fired boiler for the all-inclusive central and under floor heating system. The 4 bedroom holiday cottage offers a spacious lounge/dining room overlooking a quiet courtyard, a lovely sun trap with its own patio and barbeque area for 'alfresco' dining in the summer. During the winter the oil fired central heating offers a warm and cosy holiday home.

Whatever type of accommodation you choose for your holiday, you will be able to make the most of the fantastic on site facilities at Clippesby. These include a heated outdoor Swimming Pool & Grass Tennis Courts (May to September), Cycle Hire and Canoe Hire, Mini Golf, Children's Adventure Play Area with Zip Wire and even Archery Lessons (additional charge applicable)! There is also the exclusive Muskett Arms Pub and Restaurant serving local ales and ciders and Susie's Coffee Shop serving home-made local food.

If you wish to explore further afield, Clippesby is ideally placed, offering easy access to the waterways of the Norfolk Broads as well as the sandy beaches on the coast. There are also good links to Norwich and Great Yarmouth. With so much on offer, a holiday at Clippesby is sure to please everyone.

The Norfolk Broads is a series of inter-connecting rivers and broads covering 303 sq. km mostly in the County of Norfolk. Seven rivers and 63 broads, many pretty villages and beautiful countryside and landscapes makes up the Norfolk Broads and has been coined Britain's 'Magical Waterland'.

With over 200 square kilometres of the Broads is navigable and the best way to explore the market towns, riverside villages, waterside pubs and pretty broads is by boat which can be hired from many different locations throughout.

The Norfolk Broads is made up many marshes, reedbeds, and conservation areas or SSSI's all which homes a huge amount of varied wildlife and offers a delight for birdwatchers, expert and novice coarse and pike fishermen alike.

Many watersports are also available with sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking all very popular. Another great way to explore the Broads is by bike, many cycling trails and paths wind alongside the rivers and broads.

Sandy beaches and popular Norfolk coastal towns are only a short drive away so too the Historic city of Norwich.
