Set on the border of Gloucestershire / Wiltshire with the Cotwolds, the Cotswold Water Park is an area of oustanding beauty set across 40 square miles with over 140 lakes formed formed as result of gravel extraction.

The Cotswolds is a unique region that officially covers an area of 790 square miles in the upper part of the southwest region of England and is the country's largest officially designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The Cotswolds is regarded as one of the most 'quintessentially English' and unspoiled regions of England.

'Waters Edge' lodges offer a stunning selection of contemporary lakeside homes. The 3 & 4 bedroom lodges offer so many appealing features but one of the favorites has to be the large decks which provide completely unobstructed views across the lake which they overhang. Although each of the lakeside homes shares the same exterior, the interior is individual to each property. Every lodge benefits from large airy open plan living spaces. Glass is used extensively to optimise light levels and the view of the lake. Every thought has gone into their design to ensure they provide for an absolutely optimum stay. The properties are extremely spacious, offering three or four bedrooms.

The sheer size and nature of the lodges on Waters Edge, lend themselves to being a fantastic location for a get together with friends or family. Cotswold Water Park Location Overview:
At 40 square miles the Cotswold Water Park is approximately the same size as the Island of Jersey. The Waterpark is about 4 miles south of Cirencester and is made up of almost 150 lakes on the borders of Gloucestershire & Wiltshire. Nearly all of the lakes are man-made through the extraction of gravel and have either been left to nature upon completion, which has resulted in some magnificent wildlife habitats or managed for a rapid recovery and the provision of a variety of leisure activities. Whether the lakes have been left to their own devices or serve a specific function, they all blend effortlessly into the landscape.
