Elibank is a particularly spacious cottage set in beautiful rural surroundings with superb views and enjoying some spectacular sunsets.

Inside the cottage the emphasis is on quality & comfort with central heating & smoke alarms throughout. Four Spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). The kitchen/dining room is very well equipped and seats up to 10 people. The large living room has a multi fuel burning stove coupled with great views make this room ideal for relaxing in. Enjoy the spacious games room with full size pool table & wall mounted TV (sky package including SKY sports) as well as another separate 'Children's' 'Wi' room complete with flat screen TV and games ensure great fun for all concerned. This room also includes a sofa bed for larger parties. Outside there is a large private garden with patio area and ample parking as well as a garage.

'Elibank' is ideally located for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent scenery and local attractions that the area has to offer. Approximately 3 miles outside Aberfeldy and situated on the North side of the famous river Tay, the scenery and wildlife on view will ensure your holiday is a memorable one. Alternatively why not use the holiday house as a base to explore further afield. With its very central location, the East & West coasts of Scotland are easily accessible by car and the mythical Loch Ness is about 2 hours drive away. Stunningly beautiful Gleneagles is only an hour's drive and the lovely Fife coastline, including the magical St.Andrews can be reached in 90 minutes. Whatever your preference this area won't disappoint.
