Located on the River Bure in the northern Norfolk Broads, this is a perfect base from which to explore the villages and broads of Wroxham, Coltishall, Salhouse and Ranworth, all easily accessible in a day cruiser.

The picturesque village of Horning boasts several riverside pubs and restaurants; a range of shops including a delicatessen, post office, butchers, newsagent and gift shops are all within walking distance. A half hour drive will take you to the historic City of Norwich, the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth or the beautiful coastline of North Norfolk.

Choose from the Marina Lodges with their patio overlooking the water, the 3-storey Marina Quays, or the Marina Gardens properties. For a really special break the Marina Cottages were brand new for 2010, and the detached Luxury Riverside Properties can sleep larger families or groups of 7 to 10 in style, see details below.

All accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and is either new or refurbished since 2007.  Each fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric cooker and microwave and some properties also have dishwashers. All bathrooms are fully tiled with either over bath showers or separate shower cubicles.

Full bed linen is provided in the hire charge but please bring your own towels. Patio furniture is supplied and moorings may be available close to your property, subject to availability. Travel cots and highchairs available at an extra charge - please request when booking.

Harry's, the new coffee shop & café, forms part of the popular Helska leisure pool. This refurbished facility (for 2010) is open all year round. The indoor heated pool & spa enjoys views across the Marina and is the perfect place to relax during your stay at a discounted rate.
