Glen Mhor 10 Lodge is a 2 bedroom accessible holiday property with access to 7 fishing lakes (charges apply) as well as a private hot tub.

The lodge offers modern open plan living, with dining and lounging areas. The kitchen is well equipped, providing everything you need for a home away from home. There are 2 bedrooms, one ensuite double and one twin room. Both bedrooms have a TV and plenty of storage. There are two full wetroom bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite.

This is the ideal getaway for those wishing to have a tranquil weekend taking in the beautiful scenery and doing a spot of fishing. Two of the lakes, Silver and Island are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs. Silver Lake is the 2nd largest lake on site and all of the pegs are well spaced out at 9 metres apart. Island Lake offers a more secluded and peaceful fishing experience. There are 2 dedicated pegs especially for wheelchair users.

If you wish to get out and explore the area then there is plenty to see and do. The county of Lincolnshire offers historical towns and villages, contemporary shopping and the city Lincoln with its magnificent Castle and Cathedral, which is just 22 miles away. Both the Park & Ride and Lincoln’s open top bus sightseeing tours are accessible for wheelchair users. This allows you to navigate from the south of the city up the steep hill to the Cathedral Quarter with ease. The seaside town of Cleethorpes is short drive away if you wish to blow off the cobwebs along the promenade whilst having an ice cream or some fish and chips. The market town of Market Rasen is close by for picking up supplies or dining out. Relax in the evenings dining al fresco on your private decking or perhaps have a soak in your specially adapted sunken hot tub where you can recharge your batteries after your busy day of activities.

Access Information

• Reception is located adjacent to lodge 1. There is a threshold step to enter but a ramp is also available. Once inside it is all on level.
• Parking is available for 2 cars in a layby opposite the lodge.
• This lodge is fully accessible with ramp access to the side of the lodge. Suitable for guests who have limited mobility.
• Wider doorways to accommodate wheelchairs or mobility aids.
• Spacious open plan lounge and kitchen provides manoeuvring space for a wheelchair.
• There are 2 fully equipped wet rooms with grab rails.
• The outdoor seating and hot tub are all located on level decking for easy access.
• The hot tub has been especially sunken for easier access.
• Accessible fishing is available on Island Lake where you will find 2 dedicated wheelchair accessible pegs. Silver Lake is also suitable with adequate space on the lakeside. Ruby Lake is also accessible and has car parking nearby.
