Kareela is a lovely & spacious 4 bedroom holiday cottage occupying an idyllic riverside position in the peaceful Broadlands hamlet of Belaugh. Very well furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a lovely garden leading down to the waters edge from the furnished conservatory that spans the back of the house providing a beautiful view down the
garden to the river. Enjoy delightful views and relaxing fishing from the rear of the garden to one of the most tranquil and unspoilt stretches of the River Bure.
You get the best of both worlds staying in Belaugh, as whilst situated in a quiet Broadlands village with NO passing traffic, Wroxham (the Norfolk Broads capital) is only 3-4 minutes drive by car, and the dunes & sandy beaches of the Norfolk coast only 11 miles away - a 20 minute drive through the Norfolk countryside.
Belaugh is a small hamlet in a conservation area within the Norfolk broads situated between the broadland villages of Wroxham and Coltishall.
An ideal setting for those that are wishing to enjoy a peaceful location with bird watching, cycling, walking, boating, and fishing opportunities. Cycling and walking trail details and information can be obtained from the tourist information centre in Wroxham. Also in Wroxham is a good choice of day boat hire centres for those wishing to explore the Rivers Bure and Ant and nearby broads.
The Broads capital of Wroxham lies within 3 miles and the City of Norwich within 8 miles. Sandy beaches & the coast are not far away.
