Mooring Master Lochview Patio Suite is a 2 bedroom self-catering apartment which sleeps 4 and is pet friendly. You can choose from a double bedroom and a super king double or twin bedroom so perfect for a couple’s getaway or a small family. This ground floor apartment is all on one level so is ideal for those with limited mobility. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto a furnished patio which overlooks the Loch. Sit out here and have your morning cuppa whilst soaking up the peace and tranquillity of the nature around you.

This is one of the most beautiful locations by the sea providing an ideal touring base for the Highlands and Islands. The nearby Arduaine gardens owned by the National Trust is an enjoyable day out and a large part of the garden is accessible for less mobile visitors. Stroll through an array of colourful plants from all corners of the globe and follow the coastal path which will lead you to stunning views of the Sound of Jura where you may spot some seals or porpoises.

Your holiday can be as active or relaxed as you like. At the harbour you have direct fishing access from the pier into Loch Melfort or enjoy a stroll with your dog along the harbour side or the forest trails. Further afield you may wish to head to Inverawe Fisheries and Country Park. This location offers salmon fly fishing on the River Awe as well a 4 trout lochs. Located in a beautiful woodland, the riverside walk will bring you to the shores of Loch Etive. Finish your day with a tour of the traditional smokery or a have refreshment in the café. Don’t leave without buying some of the famous smoked salmon for your evening dinner. After your busy day relax with a spa bath or enjoy the heat of your own private sauna.

Closest Pub - In Kilmelfort there is a local hotel and public house called the Cuilfail Hotel or try The Lord of the Isles pub in Croabh Haven (15 minute drive).

Free fishing from the pier in to Loch Melfort (sea loch) - mackerel from July to late August.

Fly Fishing at Inverawe Fisheries & Country Park - Approx. 1 hour 10 mins away. Lessons available.

• Parking is adjacent to the property and is approximately 2 metres from the property entrance via a level path.
• Access to the property is one level and the property is on the ground floor.
• The property is all on level inside.
• There is a threshold patio step and ramp to access the outdoor patio.
• The patio is all on level outside which overlooks the sea harbour wall.
• Direct fishing is not available at the property. A short walk of 12 metres will bring you to the pier where fishing is permitted.
