Property Overview

View Pondwell Bungalows in a larger map

The Pondwell bungalows are in a peaceful countryside setting, yet still within walking distance of the beach.  They are surrounded by plenty of open space and benefit from our family friendly public house nearby, called the Wishing Well.  The bungalows are all detached and come in a selection of sizes dependent on your requirements (choice of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms).

All chalets are detached, have colour TV, gas or electric cookers, fridges and all have shower/WC. Some bedrooms have vanity units and 6 berth chalets have double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and a family suite of twin bedroom, bunk bedroom and hip bath/WC. All accommodation is well heated with heaters in all bedrooms and coal effect fire in the living area. 2 berth chalets have electric heaters in the living area and bedroom.

There are acres of grass for playing games with swings, an adventure playground and sandpits for the children. The sea and Seaview Village are within easy walking distance. The park shop stocks groceries and there is a small games room, TV room and launderette.

The chalets & bungalows are situated in the charming village of Seaview, which is nestled in the north east of the island.  It is one of the most sought after locations on the Isle of Wight and is host to the famous Seaview Yacht Club, which was founded in 1893 and holds an annual Regatta in August.

Seaview village has a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, but best of all there’s a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away from our bungalows and we are right next to the picturesque Hersey Nature Reserve.  Ryde town centre is only 3 miles away by car, where there is a large selection of shops and restaurants, in fact you can easily walk from Seaview to Ryde along the sea front, or hop on one of the regular buses.
