It has often been said that Rosecraddoc Manor must be the nearest thing to
paradise. The manor properties stand in 38 acres of beautiful grounds and natural gardens and bluebell woods. Set around a lovely lake, stocked with carp, roach and bream.
There are many footpaths and places to explore. The lake itself is fed by a fresh water stream and waterfall.
Rosecraddoc Manor features a variety of properties surrounding the historic
Manor House to cater for all tastes whether classic, modern, cosy or cottage
style is what you are looking for.
Manor House Accomondation - This Grade II listed building built in the 1820's on the site
of a much older house mentioned in the Domesday Book. It has now been converted into attractive apartments ranging from 2 to 5 guest capacity, all accessed via three stone steps up to the Manor House. Including the uniquely named Natalie Jane and Carpenters apartments. Each apartment has bed, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining areas, some have additional features to suit varying needs.
The Coach House contains 4 separate converted apartments ranging from 2 to 5 guest capacity. Uniquely named The Hayloft and The Coachmans. All apartments have bed, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining areas, some have additional features to suit varying needs. Please check details below and find your ideal place to stay....
The Villas are detatched and are overlooking the lake and grounds, choose from either a Riverview Villa or a Lakeview Villa.
Within 4 miles you can explore Bodmin Moor, where you can go horse riding, walking or try various water sports on Sibleyback Lake which include wind surfing, dinghy sailing and canoeing. To the south, lovely sandy beaches and pretty fishing harbours lie along the coast. Several excellent golf courses are also in the area. For evening relaxation, there is a licensed bar The Village Inn, serving good food just 300 yards from the Manor door, open evenings in the Summer and other good country pubs and restaurants can be found locally.
