Delightful Ventnor property in a prime location enjoying stunning south facing elevated views over the English Channel. The house comprises of 3 architect designed apartments fitted out to a high standard. The apartments are conveniently located for all town centre amenities and the beach.

Royal Marine House is built on the site of The Royal Marine Hotel, one of Ventnor's premier hotels in Victorian times which was so popular that it was often full throughout the year.

Today Royal Marine House offers a year round destination, benefiting from Ventnor's unique sunny micro climate. It is an ideal base to explore the island or a vantage point to chill out and watch the ever changing seascape whatever the time of year.

At the Royal Marine Hotel, Belgrave Road has, as Tom Hood would put it, "No other side of the road," and the street is here so far above the level of the ocean that the seascape is one of the best and most extensive of the many to be had in all parts of the town.

Royal Marine House is situated in an elevated position over Ventnor with stunning sea views. The town centre is a short level walk away and a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops are within easy distance. The beach is a short stroll from the house and the sea can usually be heard lapping the beach from the property.
