Studland Dene apartments is a superb collection of one and two bedroom apartments set in a desirable area of Bournemouth. They are perched over one of Bournemouth's highly regarded beaches, Alum Chine, which has a wide sandy beach with a gradual slope into the sea, it is a Blue Flag beach. Guests are approximately 100 yards from the sand with enclosed play area and paddling pool, beach cafe/restaurant, ice cream parlour, takeaway and Vesuvio Bar and Restaurant. Also only a pleasant 10 minute walk along the seafront to the town and conference centre, where a walk through the gardens leads to the centre and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

The apartments are furnished in a contemporary style with an open plan living area. Equipped with a pair of matching leather settees, sideboard and adjustable height coffee table enabling dining for 4.  There is solid oak furniture throughout along with flat screen TV with freeview & bluray. You will find a stylish, modern kitchen featuring integrated appliances including an electric oven, hob and dishwasher. The dining area comprises of a breakfast bar with two matching high chairs. A full range of utensils and accessories are provided including a microwave, kettle and electric grill. This apartment has one double room furnished with a king size bed, there are patio doors leading onto the large balcony with sea views and furnished with a patio table and matching chairs. The second bedroom is furnished with a set of bunkbeds and a pull out trundle bed sleeping three, with patio doors leading out onto the large balcony with sea views. An additional two guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed with sprung mattress in the living area. The bathroom comprises of a shower cubicle, wc, wash basin, shelving, mirror and heated towel rail.

The apartments are situated on the 1st floor and have fantastic sea views which can be enjoyed from the large balcony. The apartments also benefit from allocated parking and a concierge at the entrance. The building is also host to The Edge restaurant on the top floor where guests can enjoy fine dining with panoramic sea views.
