Swansdown Lodge is a three bedroomed contemporary, and stylishly furnished lodge with 5* style and comfort in mind, it has a high quality and well equipped kitchen and is set on the banks of fishing lake, complete with its own fishing rights.

Outside, the Lodge has an upper deck which is fully furnished with a large circular table and chairs, two sun loungers and a steaming hot tub. The lower deck has a sofa and two chairs and swans that come and visit.

Lakeside Park has 150 acres of fishing and has one of the largest stocked lakes in Sussex, so ideal for coarse fishing. Or if fishing is a bit too slow, you can even try waterskiing! The Park is ideal for leisurely walks and has achieved a conservation award in 2006. The other great facilities including heated pools, the Lakeside Entertainment Centre, Lakeside Family Bar, the Kingfisher Bar and the Kingfisher Bistro.

On the outskirts of Chichester in West Sussex the Lodge is an ideal location for your next holiday. The beaches of West Wittering and Bognor Regis are just 5 miles away and there are many other sights and activities to see and explore.
