Property Overview

Heritage Wharf is a delightful five-bedroomed bungalow, located by the Macclesfield Canal. Situated near the magnificent Mow Cop, a local historical landmark only a short walk away with a spectacular view over the Cheshire Plains, you are in the heart of the countryside adjacent to Heritage Marina and it's narrowboats.

Heritage Wharf can comfortably sleep eight to twelve people in five bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) - all with shower. In addition, Heritage Wharf has a spacious lounge area which includes a large log fire, television, DVD, CD player, large patio window overlooking the canal and wonderful views across the Cheshire Plains. There is an impressive open plan lounge sitting room with traditional solid fuel fire, a dining area and fully fitted well equipped kitchen, with patio doors and windows overlooking & leading to the secluded gardens, patio with picnic area and the Macclesfield Canal (toddlers beware) which is fenced off.

Other notable features include a large patio equipped with a picnic table and barbecue, the cottage overlooks a private marina to the front, a large secluded side garden for sunbathing in privacy, large kitchen with electric cooker, large fridge, dishwasher, double sink, utility room with washing machine and dryers and dayboats available for private hire which can carry up to twelve persons.
