The living and dining area is open plan with patio doors leading to a rooftop balcony, so you can sit and relax watching the boats go by and perhaps enjoy a barbecue or two.

Wroxham is only 10 minutes away in the car where you can make the most of the riverside cafes, restaurants and shops which the "capital of the Broads" has to offer.  Further afield is the city of Norwich (11 miles) and sandy beaches are only 30 minutes' drive away.
