Over 400 feet of river frontage with 1 acre private lake (not suitable for fishing). Prime fishing location with excellent pike & coarse fishing on river and great boating locally. The cottage is on a 2 acre plot of land with 400 metre private driveway, no close neighbours and a private slipway.

The property provides an electric dayboat which is ideal for getting out onto the river and fishing. Two canoes are also available.
