The client agrees that:
Booking Policy
- Bookings are accepted following our receipt of booking form via our online booking system accompanied by payment of the 40% non returnable deposit.
- The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
- For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Acceptable methods of payment are: on-line bank transfers and cheques.
Departure/Arrival other key points
- The let commences from 4pm on the day of your arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of your departure. The accommodation to be used for holiday purposes only and to the persons named on the booking form.
- Hot Tubs, electric, linen, towels, cots (no bedding) and high chairs are included in the let.
- Guests should take proper care of the property, furniture and fittings and leave the accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found upon arrival and to report any damage and breakages before departure.
- There is no smoking allowed in any of the accommodation.
- The contract of let is between the hirer and the owners of the accommodation.
- The owners reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of others, without recompense.
- For stays in excess of a week the owners will provide clean linen and towels and will take away used pieces for laundering. The owners will agree the timing with you.
- No pets of any kind are allowed in the self catering cottages.
Cancellation & Insurance
- Should a cancellation be made by the guests, the owners will seek to re-let the cottage for the period of hire. A full refund will be made provided the owners are successful in re-letting the accommodation. If the owners are unable to re-let the property the client will not be refunded.
- If you are unable to take your holiday due the adverse weather contitions (i.e Snow) the owners will not refund any monies taken but you will not miss out on your holiday as you are welcome to re-book as a last minute booking (ie a few days prior to arrival) during the "winter period". If you are unable to re-take your holiday during this period you are welcome to re-schedule at any time and pay the extra rate for that period.
- Clients are advised to take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy.
- For insurance purposes, the number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the number of beds provided in the accommodation.
- The owners shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property unless the results are from our own negligence.
- Children are welcome to use the play area at your own risk. Although the owners make regular checks the owners take no responsibility for any death or personal injury.
