A deposit of £100 per week secures the reservation. Final payment is due 6 weeks before arrival date. Cancellation prior to final payment date results in lost deposit. Cancellation after final payment made results in loss of all rental fees unless another guest is found in which case only the deposit is lost. If this is a concern guests may wish to take out holiday insurance. Arrival is any time after 3pm on the arrival date and departure any time before 10am on the departure date. Payments by cheque.
