HOLIDAY LODGE BOOKINGS.
We accept lodge arrivals any day with a minimum 2 night stay.
All Lodge bookings will pay a security deposit on arrival of £250 in cash, this will be returned on departure if there are no breakages or cleaning required.
We do not accept bookings from groups of 3 or more.
Full payment at the time of booking for short breaks. Short breaks are 2-4 nights 5 nights or more will pay £150 deposit and the balance within 6 weeks.
Arrivals between 4pm-6pm. Departure by 10am.
It is sometimes necessary to allocate a different lodge to the one booked. This would be of similar or higher standard.

TOURING PARK BOOKINGS.
Every endeavor will be made to allocate guests a pitch of their choice, however it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch.
Arrival time is between 1pm-6pm (5pm in winter)
Departure time is by 12noon. The cost of the first night is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable within 4 weeks of arrival. If you arrive with an awning pup tent or extra car that has not been pre booked,  it may not be possible to accommodate these on arrival.
The use of generators is not permitted, Open fires and ground level BBQ's are not permitted.
Barbeques on tables or decking is not permitted and a charge will occur if our property is damaged.
Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked dates there is no guarantee the same pitch will be available. The size of your unit including the use of awnings or gazebos must be stated at the time of booking, should you subsequently alter your requirements we cannot guarantee to provide you with an appropriately sized pitch. The motor home service point should not be used between 8pm and 8am

CAMPING BOTHY OCTO and HEXI LODGE BOOKINGS.
We will endeavor to allocate a unit of your choice but cannot guarantee it. We accept nightly bookings. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Bothy arrival time is between 2pm-6pm Departure by 11am..
Dogs are not permitted in the Bothy Deluxe, Deluxe plus, Octolodge or Hexilodge.

DOGS.
Dogs are welcome if kept on a short lead and under control at all times. The dog owner/walker is responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Dogs should not be left alone whilst you go out. There is a dog walking area around the north edge of the park, dogs must still be on lead in this area and you must also clean up after your dog in this area. Please do not allow dogs to foul on grassed areas within the park. 1 dog in the Holiday lodges and 1 dog in the camping bothy. Dogs are not permitted in the Bothy Deluxe, Deluxe plus, Octolodge or Hexilodge.

AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR
Aggressive behavior towards our staff or any other guest will not be tolerated.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
IMPORTANT. Your holiday price does not include any cancellation insurance cover. It is always recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover. We will allow you to change the date of your stay if you cannot make your original booking. Changes can be made up to 7 days before the original arrival date for touring pitches. Up to 14 days before the original arrival date for bothy's and octolodges, Up to 6 weeks before the original arrival for holiday lodges. Changes may incur additional costs depending on the new dates chosen. Full cancelation will incur a one night fee charge if made up to the above time restrictions. There will be no refund because of inclement weather reports. There is no refund for any unused nights if you decide to leave early.
