Lodge prices include electricity, bed linen, towels and VAT.

Lodges will be let from 4pm on the arrival date. Should you be arriving later than 5pm it is the tenant’s responsibility to contact us to arrange to pick up the key.

Lodges will be vacated at 10am at the end of the hire period.

Conditions of the Let

• The tenant will not sublet the chalet.
• The number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the lodge as stated
• The hirer shall at all times, keep the hired premises in a clean and tidy condition. The proprietors reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning costs if the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition. The tenant will also be responsible for the cost or repair and replacement of any breakages or damage to the property. Any complaints should be made to the reception where they will receive prompt attention.
• The proprietors accept no responsibility for accident or injury to, illness of guests or any other persons whilst on site, neither do they accept responsibility for any loss or damage to guests or other persons, including vehicles whilst on site.
• The booking is made on the understanding that the holiday home will be placed at your disposal on the date booked. Should this not be possible through circumstances not under the control of the owner (e.g. fire, theft or damages etc) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative holiday home, in which case the booking deposit and any pre paid hire charges will be returned to the hirer in full, but the hirer will have no further claim against the owner or the agent.
• In the interest of continued improvement, the owners reserve the right to alter or delete amenities or facilities or any part of the programme of activities either advertised or previously available without prior notice.
• If the accommodation has not been taken up by 14:00hrs of the day following the arrival date booked, the proprietors assume the right to re-let the accommodation, unless other arrangements have been made, and confirmed.
• The allocation of any particular lodge cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to satisfy them.
• Bookings from persons under the age of 18 cannot normally be accepted.
• A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due not less than 4 weeks before the hire date. A letter of reminder will be sent. If the balance is not received by the due date the proprietors reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The hirer binds and obliges to vacate the hired premises without demand at the termination of the period or hire.

• The applicant undertakes to leave the property secure if left unoccupied during the hire period.
• No pets are allowed inside the property unless by prior arrangement. All pets must be declared and additional costs apply.
• The inside of the property is non smoking.
