Booking Terms & Conditions of Hire

Please note: With each holiday booking there is a refundable security deposit of £75.00 which will be paid back within 10 days less the electricity used within the holiday let period. This deposit is due at time when full balance is due. Full payment for all holidays is due 8 weeks before holiday date.

The latest terms and conditions of hire & your holiday contract will be with owners directly. These will be sent out to you along with your booking & confirmation details by the owner directly.

Please be aware that cancellation protection insurance is not included as standard and you should make your own arrangements to ensure that your holiday is fully protected.
