Conditions of Hire - Delny, Burnside, Highland Ranch & Ernies Lodge, Nr Invergordon, Scottish Highlands

1. PERSONAL DETAILS

The information you provide is for our use only and will not be shared with any third party.

2. YOUR HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION

You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 hrs on the start date of your holiday and you must vacate the property by 10:00 hrs on your final day. If you anticipate being much later than 16:00 hrs, please contact us to let us know. Arrivals after 11pm by special agreement with reception only!!

You agree to keep the accommodation clean and tidy and leave it in a similar condition of cleanliness to when you arrived.

If you have arranged to take a pet with you, please observe the regulations as far as pets are concerned. Pets must not be allowed on the beds or on soft furnishings, and must not be left unattended. Please also take your own pet bed with you.

Fuel Included - Fuel is included in the rental price, this does not mean ‘ unlimited ' . Central heating systems are set on timers for certain times of the day to keep the lodge/cottage acceptably comfortable in all seasons.

3. SMOKING

To respect the wishes of both smokers and non-smokers we operate a policy of no smoking in the bedrooms (or upstairs in the Cottage)!

4. CANCELLATIONS

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE PROTECTED BY CANCELLATION INSURANCE!!

If for any reason you have to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation! Where the balance has been paid and you have to cancel, we will refund the balance (not the deposit) only if we manage to re-let the lodge/cottage. Once a booking is made and confirmed the balance becomes the liability of the person who made the booking. We advise that you make sure your holiday insurance covers you for this !

5. COMPLAINTS

We hope that you will not have any cause to complain, however, in the event of a problem arising, you must in the first instance contact reception immediately so that any problem may be speedily resolved. Some problems are easily rectified if notified and we must therefore be given the opportunity to do so.

6. LIABILITY

In contacting us to book a lodge or the cottage you agree to indemnify us against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly to the property and it ' s contents from any deliberate or negligent act or omission by yourself, or any other person or animal accompanying you or any other member of your party.

We are insured against loss or injury through our negligence. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, the use by tenants of either the lodges or the cottage or the facilities provided is entirely at their own risk!
