Terms & Conditions - Westfield Lodges & Apartments - Bonchurch, Isle of Wight

Booking. A deposit of £75.00 is requested at the time of booking. Each apartment or lodge is booked when a deposit of £75.00 is received and acknowledged by the owner.

Refundable Security Deposit. A refundable security deposit of £75.00 (per property booked) is payable on arrival which is refundable. This will be returned if the property is returned as you found it.

Balance of Hire Fees. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Published prices are subject to changes in the V.A.T. rate.

Cancellation. If you have to cancel, please telephone immediately, then confirm in writing. We will make every effort to re-let the lodge, if unsuccessful you will remain responsible for the balance of the hire fees. The owner does not have a cancellation scheme, and the deposit is non refundable.

Hire Period. The hire period starts at 4pm on your arrival day and ends at 10am on your departure day.

Brochure & Website. Every effort is made to ensure that the description of Westfield Lodges & Apartments is accurate. Westfield cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies that may exist.

Insurance. The owner has Public Liability cover of £1,000,000. Westfield can not accept any liability for loss or damage to hirers property, baggage, motor cars etc. however caused.

Breakages. All breakages must be paid for before departure.

Pets: Pets are welcome but they must be kept under strict control at all times and must never be left unattended. Unless otherwise agreed in writing a maximum of two pets is allowed. Pet basket or bedding must be brought by the hirer. Under no circumstances are pets to be allowed on beds or chairs. All animal hairs and excreta must be removed on your departure. The owner reserves the right to charge for any cleaning inside or outside the property made necessary by the pet.

Owners reservations . The owner reserves the right to refuse to hand over the lodge to any person who, in his opinion, is not suitable to take charge of it. In this event all money will be refunded in full and the hirers shall have no other claim against the owner. No all male parties can be accepted without prior permission. If, owing to circumstances beyond the control of the owner, Westfield is unable to provide the hired accommodation. The owner will refund in full all moneys paid and the hirers shall have no further claim against the owner.
