Magnolia Cottage is a gorgeous thatched property situated in the charming village of Strete. This 2 bedroom cottage has been furnished to a very high standard and provides the perfect base for those after a retreat in the country. The cottage has a paved courtyard and elevated patio with views of the sea view, making it an ideal spot for al fresco dining.

Local amenities in Strete include a General Store/Post Office as well as The Laughing Monk Restaurant. The South West coastal path is right on doorstep and the Dartmoor national park is no more than 30 minutes away by car.

At Magnolia Cottage you are situated just 3 miles from the infamous Slapton Sands - an extremely picturesque and popular beach with a fascinating history. In Slapton Village you will find a small general store to collect basic provisions as well as local 2 pubs. Just a short drive away is Bantham beach suited to those who enjoy surfing and the pretty town of Salcombe is only 35 minutes away with plenty of sailing opportunities, ferry trips and beautiful beaches to keep the whole family entertained.
