Property Overview

View Salterns Beach Bungalows in a larger map

The Salterns Village self-catering bungalows provide both PREMIER and STANDARD accommodation, all of which are available from March to October. The bungalows are superbly located, near to both the beach and countryside, many enjoying views of the Hersey Nature Reserve, some enjoying sea glimpses and set in a peaceful location. The PREMIER bungalows are newly refurbished, to a high standard with double glazing throughout and decking to the front and rear of the bungalows, whilst the STANDARD accommodation is older style, not yet re-furbished.

The Salterns Premier Beach bungalows are superbly located on the seafront, only metres from the beach. These bungalows have been refurbished to a very high standard with double glazing throughout and decking to the front and rear of the bungalows. Salterns beach is a highly desirable location, where you have a ‘front row seat’ to enjoy the magnificent views of the Solent.

Seaview Duver and its beach are just a few minute's walk away, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Solent. Nearby is Seaview Sailing Club and throughout the sailing season you can watch the races and regatta unfold right in front of you. There are designated car parking areas, which allow the accommodation areas to become primarily 'traffic-free', which creates a peaceful and safe environment for children and plenty of open space for relaxing and recreation.

The chalets & bungalows are situated in the charming village of Seaview, which is nestled in the north east of the island.  It is one of the most sought after locations on the Isle of Wight and is host to the famous Seaview Yacht Club, which was founded in 1893 and holds an annual Regatta in August.

Seaview village has a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, but best of all there’s a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away from our bungalows and we are right next to the picturesque Hersey Nature Reserve.  Ryde town centre is only 3 miles away by car, where there is a large selection of shops and restaurants, in fact you can easily walk from Seaview to Ryde along the sea front, or hop on one of the regular buses.
