The Penthouse 'Salt' is a stylish retreat in the pretty seaside town of St Ives, often referred to as the 'jewel of Cornwall's crown'.

The town itself arcs around the working harbour where you can hire self drive motorboats & kayaks or take a boat trip to Seal Island & Godrevy Lighthouse. Here you can also learn to surf or to Stand up Paddle on Porthmeor beach. If walking is more your thing then the South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep. There is great range of pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from too as well as many attractions locally.

This 3 bedroom property has an open plan living and dining area with patio doors opening on to a furnished balcony - ideal for taking in the stunning views over St. Ives bay. The master bedroom also enjoys these fantastic views from the 16" window which stretching the length of the room and into the gabled roof.
