Property Overview

Tracara is a delightful 4 bedroom holiday cottage, sleeping up to 8 people - making this a perfect choice for a family or group of friends.

The property is set in a fantastic location in the centre of Horning, boasting superb views of the river Bure. There is a well-equipped kitchen/diner with utility room, a dual aspect lounge and a lovely furnished veranda where you can relax and watch the boats go by.

Families will want to make the most of the five acres of playing fields with recreation amenities for children which are just behind Tracara.

Horning itself is a charming, traditional riverside village with shops, restaurants, cafes, two pubs and a small leisure centre.  Wroxham, which is known as the 'Capital of the Norfolk Broads' is only 3 miles away and where you will find the famous 'Roy's of Wroxham' department store.  A trip to BeWILDerwood, a nearby woodland adventure park, is sure to please the children! Also, the historic cathedral city of Norwich is only 11 miles away.

Fishing on the Norfolk Broads- a very popular location for all levels of anglers offering some excellent coarse and pike fishing available right from your doorstep. Pike, roach, tench, bream, rudd, perch amongst many others are regularly caught. An Environmental Agency Rod licence will be required to fish on the Broads. There are many rod hire, tackle and bait shops available locally.

Please note: Fishing Season - Open Coarse Fishing Season - 16th June to 14th March (no fishing outside these dates).
