Waterside Boathouse is one of three holiday properties within the Boathouse. It is set on Daisy Broad has been designed to a nautical theme, furnished and equipped to the highest standard.
Each boasts en-suite shower to each bedroom and private access onto the lower sun-deck. Each property offers 'upside down' living with downstairs bedrooms & open plan living areas upstairs opening out onto the sundeck.
Each property also comes with the added bonus of a FREE Motorised Day boat which can carry a maximum of 8 people.The day boat is available all year round except from 20th July 2024 to 3rd September 2024 (inclusive), 24th May 2025 to 1st June 2025 (inclusive) and 23rd July 2025 to 2nd September 2025 (inclusive), 23rd May 2026 to 31st May 2026 (inclusive) and 18th July 2026 to 1st September 2026 (inclusive). 10% discount available on day boat hire when free day boat is excluded. Mooring for your boat is provided near your property.
Wroxham is often referred to as the 'capital of the Broads' and is an ideal base from which to enjoy your Norfolk Broads holiday. With so many leisure activities available in the area such as fishing, boating, watersports and bird-watching, it's not hard to see why!

Pets
Pets are accepted - £25 / pet / week (max. 2).
Please bring your pet's bedding. There is a £50 security deposit to pay on arrival.

£180 deposit is required on booking, balance is due 10 weeks beforehand.

Waterside Boathouse is located in the hub of the Norfolk Broads, within easy reach of the local villages, pubs, restaurants and attractions.
The Norfolk Coast and sandy beaches are a short drive away from the property.
There are numerous family-friendly attractions in the local area, including Wroxham Barns, BeWilderwood, Bure Valley Railway and Broads Tours river trips.
