Fair View Lodge is situated on the River Bure in the popular village of Wroxham. Wroxham is often referred to as the 'capital of the Broads' and is an ideal base from which to enjoy your Norfolk Broads holiday.
Fair View Lodge is a 3 storey holiday cottage situated on the edge of a private marina. The property sleeps up to 8 people in two ensuite double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.
Outside there is a small waterfront lawn with garden furniture, ideal for sitting out and enjoying the views.
The Norfolk Broads is a very popular holiday destination with many holidaymakers returning year after year. With so many leisure activities available in the area such as fishing, boating, watersports and bird-watching, it's not hard to see why!
FREE Morning Day Boat hire: Enjoy a FREE morning half-day aboard a Standard Day Boat when staying during the off-peak season (subject to availability). Off-peak season is anytime not during school or bank holidays*. Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. A 25% guest discount is available for a Broads Tours river trip commencing from Wroxham.

Fair View Lodge is in a fantastic location on the Norfolk Broads, within easy reach of the local villages, pubs, restaurants and attractions.
The Norfolk Coast and sandy beaches are a short drive away from the property.
There are numerous family-friendly attractions in the local area, including Wroxham Barns, BeWilderwood, Bure Valley Railway and Broads Tours river trips.
