The Norfolk Boathouse at South Walsham Broad is an attractive, traditional thatched property which was built in the 1920s by the owner's grandfather. Having been extended in the 90s and then refurbished, it now offers a great base to explore the broads from.
This 3 bedroom property can sleep up to 8 people in 1 double, 1 twin and a bunk bedroom, plus there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The boathouse is equipped for a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children in the bunk beds. This pet friendly cottage has a lovely garden where you can sit and relax taking in the stunning waterside views.
A free rowing boat is included, which is perfect for exploring the South Walsham Broad (please note this is only from Easter to October and used at your own risk). It is also possible to bring your own sailing boat with you, or you can hire a day boat from Russell Marine nearby.
