Set in the glorious Lincolnshire Wolds, a beautiful area of the UK countryside overflowing with wonderfully unspoilt scenery, Willow Lakes is surrounded by rolling green hills, gentle gurgling streams and hidden valleys with pretty villages nestled between them. One such village is Ashby cum Fenby, where you’ll find your holiday accommodation, situated right next to a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Beauty’. Perfect for a family holiday, relaxing retreat, activity weekend, romantic getaway or just a quiet fishing break with friends on the two immaculately maintained fishing lakes, Willow Lakes is the place to escape to. With beaches, golf courses, hiking and cycling trails, visitor attractions and local amenities all within easy striking distance, Willow Lakes is the absolutely ideal place to enjoy a few days away; plus there’s no need to travel far to enjoy a tasty meal or refreshing drink…there’s a popular licensed café and restaurant situated right on your doorstep just a short walk from your accommodation, where you can enjoy panoramic views from the extensive outdoor terrace, looking over miles and miles of fabulous countryside, stretching out as far as the eye can see.

Willow Lakes is made up of 44 acres of rolling countryside and its lakes are bordered by 2km of mature hedgerows; wildlife at the park is abundant and during your stay you will probably spot Kingfishers, Herons, Sparrow-Hawks, Cormorants, Kestrels and Buzzards. A wooded copse and wildflower verges provide the perfect environment for Rabbits, Foxes and Muntjac Deer. Angling in the two well-stocked fishing lakes on site could bag you roach, Chub, Rudd, Tench or Carp up to 20lbs and as the fishing is set amongst pastoral land, access to the water is generally very good. Walking routes include the Silver Lincs Way which connects the towns of Grimsby and Louth, running straight through Willow Lakes’ parkland. Want a change of scenery? There are about 10 traditional pubs within 15 minutes’ drive of the property, where you can enjoy a meal out or partake in a spot of liquid refreshment at your leisure.
Activities and places of interest in the surrounding area include karting, horse riding, clay shooting, bird and wildlife watching, golfing at five nearby clubs, a visit to the Georgian market town of Louth and its distillery; a ride on the fabulous Lincoln Wolds Railway or a trip to the Fishing Heritage Centre at Grimsby. The Lincolnshire coast has some incredible sandy beaches that stretch for miles and 8 of them are less than an hour’s drive from Willow Lakes. Spend the day in Cleethorpes, a traditional seaside town with 4 ½ miles of golden sands, countless attractions and a whole array of eateries. Discover the Fantasy Island Theme Park at Ingoldmells; enjoy sailing at water sports at Winthorpe Beach or search the hidden coves of Anderby Creek, Moggs Eye and Sandilands. The possibilities are never ending.
Landmark Café and Restaurant is conveniently situated on the park. Serving breakfast daily from 9am, lunches available all week and evening dining on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Guests staying on park receive an exclusive 10% discount when dining, just show your accommodation key when ordering.
