Dandy’s Ford Lodge is a contemporary two bedroom holiday lodge located in the rural village of Sherfield English, on the edge of the New Forest National Park. This impressive lakeside holiday lodge has direct access to the waterfront from its spacious deck, which is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs - perfect for sunny afternoons.
Dandy’s Ford Lodge is a really superb choice if you’re looking for a relaxing waterside holiday, where you can enjoy a spot of fishing whilst kicking back with family or friends. The lodge is situated on a private fishery with 3 well stocked Coarse & Carp fishing lakes. Fishing on site is included in the price for a maximum of 2 people, then there’s a charge of £10 per person per day, payable onsite, for any additional people who would like to fish during their stay. The property also has a shed with a bait fridge - useful for storing fishing equipment, bikes etc.
The lodge has a bright and airy open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens out on to the waterside decking, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a nearby daytime tearoom offering light meals and snacks, plus a traditional village pub just 20 minutes’ walk away.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Dandys Ford Lodge has 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed with ensuite shower room, WC & hand basin. Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
Daybed in the living area - (can be turned into double bed for an additional 2 people, bedding provided).
There is a family bathroom offering a bath with shower over, WC & hand basin.
