Located in the heart of the Isle of Wight, Four Lakes Retreat is a new unique holiday experience to the island. Surrounded by stocked man made fishing lakes In Four Lodge is one of five lodges with a private garden at the water’s edge. Beautifully and lovingly decorated this is a space where you can relax and unwind but you are within easy distance of everything that this small island has to offer.

The lodge is decorated to a high standard and sleeps up to 6 people in one king sized master bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom which has views overlooking the lake and a sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge and open plan kitchen have lakeside views which gives you the feeling of bringing the outside in and creates a calming ambience to your surroundings.

Connecting with nature is the key to this property so your cooking and relaxing space extends to the outdoors. Here you will be graced with an outside kitchen inclusive of a BBQ and an outside pizza oven. Dine al fresco at the lakeside decking as you watch the sun go down over the lake and then grab a blanket and cosy round your fire pit to toast some marshmallows and do a spot of star gazing. For an added unique experience there is a discreetly positioned double ended bath for that full on outdoor bathing experience where you can connect with nature. Toiletries are supplied for you to help cut down on the plastic waste on site and are fragranced to match your natural surroundings.

Located in the centre of the island means you are only 30 minutes away from many of the island’s attractions. Head to the coast for a nostalgic day at the seaside and have some fish and chips or ice cream on the seafront. A cultural visit to the stately home of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, Osborne House is a must for any royal and history enthusiast. There is an abundance of wildlife attractions for the animal lover from the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, West Wight Alpacacs, a donkey sanctuary and directly opposite Four Lakes you will find Monkey Haven. From the moment you arrive at Four Lakes Retreat you will feel right at home with the additional personal touches such as a welcome pack of refreshments, home baking and bathroom toiletries. The lodge is in the centre of the island meaning you are no more than 30 minutes away for all the places to visit.

Located around 5 minutes' drive from the town of Newport for you to explore, get a bite to eat or just to get your provisions for a cosy night in.

For places to eat out there are a wide variety in the local area depending on what you fancy from classic pub Sunday lunches to local seafood or even Italian.

There are a variety of supermarkets all within a 10 minutes' drive from the lodge, from Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Lidl and even The Food Warehouse.

Island Buses - The number 9 bus comes past the retreat with a stop in both directions into Newport and out to Ryde with ½ a mile of us.
