Amenities include The Boathouse restaurant and bar which extends a warm Scottish welcome to all guests; there is a covered fire pit area where you can sit back to chillax; a children’s playground with swings, slides and climbing frames; plus a warm, comfy central recreation room with a log burning stove. A whole array of activities are available to guests including boat hire, archery, axe throwing, golf, paddle-boarding, gorge walking and guided canoe tours.
At the very forefront of the estate, looking directly over Loch Tay in all its finery, you’ll find Lochview Lodge; a premium, single-storey two bedroom holiday property with all mod cons. This splendid detached lodge has been fully modernised and is very comfortably furnished; the open-plan living area features a very well-equipped kitchen which includes a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave; there is a solid dining table with 4 upholstered chairs and a cosy sofa area with a log burner – perfect for fresh mornings or chilly evenings! At the front of the lodge, accessed directly from the living room area, there is a spacious covered veranda with outdoor furniture – a wonderful chance to have al fresco meals whilst admiring the fabulous views. There is a flatscreen TV/DVD player and Wifi is available throughout the property. Lochview Lodge has two double bedrooms, one king size, the other a standard double and both have their own private en suite bathroom with a shower, WC and hand basin. For the evening, why not visit Birks Cinema at Aberfeldy to watch the latest blockbuster?
The Boathouse restaurant and bar serves up a hearty menu with a fantastic range of Scottish products including Shetland mussels, freshly landed fish, steak pie or haggis with ‘Neeps & Tatties’. Themed evenings take place, particularly during the summer months, and the bar area offers a warm welcome if you fancy a drink.
