With views over the Upper Peak Forest Canal and surrounding hills in the Peak District, The Hay Barn has been recently sympathetically restored whilst maintaining many period features. The larger of the two properties, The Bike Shed has an open plan living area with a large furnished balcony with excellent views.

Both properties are situated at New Mills Marina in the Northwest corner of the Peak District. The town of New Mills boasts a range of restaurants and pubs and is set in an area of spectacular natural beauty. Nearby attractions include the Torrs Riverside Park and Millenium Walkway, as well as the Peak District National Park.
